-
You reach out
By form, email, or phone. Tell me a bit about what you are looking for assistance with.
A short discovery call
A free 15-minute call to talk about your goals, answer questions, and cover logistics like insurance or cost.
Checking fit both ways
This is as much about you deciding if it feels right as it is about me understanding whether I can help.
Logistics, plainly explained
Insurance coverage, rates, and what to expect, laid out clearly before you commit to anything.
-
Pick a time
Schedule your first full session, in-person or via telehealth, whichever suits you.
Health history questionnaire
Covers everything from medications and sleep habits to eating patterns and beyond, this allows more time in appointment for you and I to create a plan that works for you.
Waiver, acknowledgement & policies
A signed waiver and acknowledgement form, a review of the cancellation policy is to be completed before your first session.
Nothing else to prepare
Once those forms are complete, that's it. A reminder goes out ahead of your appointment, no additional prep needed.

Assessment
Understanding the full picture
Health is multifactorial, so nutrition can't be assessed in isolation. Education, stress, sleep, support systems, and other determinants of health are reviewed alongside diet history, labs, and medical background.
Instead of a checklist assessment, the conversation follows what matters most to you first.
Intervention
Building the plan
I'll offer a few possible focus areas and you choose which ones to work on first. The direction comes from you.
Specific, personalized nutrition strategies, grounded in evidence and your daily life will be created together.
SMART Goals
Turning the plan into concrete steps
Goals are made Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound, so progress is easy to see and track.
Follow Up
The first follow-up is typically scheduled 1–2 weeks out, to maintain momentum and provide the best support early on. After that, timing becomes a joint decision between you and me.
Follow-up sessions revisit goals, affirm what's working, and adjust the plan as your life and priorities change, for as long as it's useful to you.
